Hello. I upgraded my hdd to a 250gb, using xboxhdm. (Using nkpatcher in the softmod installation part). After everything was done I booted up and noticed that I only had a 127gb F:. I got a bit confused but fix it by formatting the G:. After that I had 250gb. Well not exactly, just 234gb. Is it a possible fix for that or is it supposed to be like that?

Anyway, Im wondering if I can have all my space on F:, the way you can with LBA48.? I dont mind doing it all over again, it can take a couple of hours if that is needed Wink. Just want this to work somehow:P

//Thanks in advance, mirajja

On the question about the 234 gb, it's supposed to be that way. 250 GB - 8 GB for the xbox files = 242 GB minus the overhead puts you at just about right for the hdd size structure.

Now for the F drive taking all of the remainder of the space. There is a way to get nkpatcher to where f does take the rest of the space, but I've never been able to get it to work, maybe someone who has experience with nkpatcher can answer that one, but I have set several up using xboxhdm and instead of choosing nkpatcher, I used PBL MeToo bios loader with the evox m8+ bios and it sets the F to take everything.

Thank you very much for your answer! Smile. So instead of choosing nkpatcher + ms dash when installing softmod, i should chose PBL+ms dash, or do I need to edit something else?

I'm trying to remember xboxhdm's options, best I can remember, it asks you if you want a bios patcher/loader you press Y, then it askes you to choose between PBL, Nkpatcher or PBL MeToo, choose option 3 for PBL MeToo, then choose the dash and finish out the rest of the configuration.

You were using xboxhdm, or did you just use xboxhdm to prep the drive and then use sid and aid to finish it out?
