i have all i need to use the aid3 to softmod my xbox......but my memory card isnt being recognised by the pc when connected in the controller...........i have the xploder gamesaves 8mb memory card........can anyone help???

You will need Action Replay and possibly the drivers for the controller.
Just google the xbox controller driver. Check the downloads section of AIDeluxe.com for Action Replay.
