I have a problem with my hdd, its telling me i cant back up my M$ files because there are "Softmod Files Found", and it also says there is no M$ backup. I was just wanderin if there uis a way to get all the M$ files back on my xbox hdd, thnx

There are many ways to get your xbox working again.
It depends i suppose on whether or not you have a EEPROM backup from where you go here.
If you dont have a EEPROM backup you could try the hotswap tutorial which was written by pirrup(HQ).. 1000's of members softmodded xboxes have been fixed using this tutorial.

I already did a hotswap because it was locked, but now its just telling me i cant install the softmod because the drive does not have M$ backup. When I tried M$ backup, it said it can't back it up because softmod files have been found. If that UPGRADE SOFTMOD HARDDRIVE TUTORIAL can fix it could u possibly link me, ive looked for it but could not find it.
