I have managed to get my xbox to recognise it but how do i get the action replay software to recognise it. I am also trying to get an external 20g harddrive working. Is there anyway for Unleashx to recognise a drive. it says it isnt formatted and i want it to play/copy music to my xbox.

Since I can tell it's not the original MS Memory card, here's the deal
build your own drivers
no, seriously, you have to build your own using USBVIEW tool to set up your .inf file in the AR programs folder to add the entry of your usb memory stick/pen so then you can update the drivers to the AR and you'll be able to use it.

I presume pid means product id and vid is vendor id so i used USB view and filled in the values but it still doesnt work.
the top line of devices says
%S_DeviceDesc1%=_Install1, USB\VID_0EA0&PID_2168
are there any syntax errors?

You need to change the VID and the PID, then you need to update the driver in the Device Manager(and point it to the new driver). _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!

How would i go about making my dash(Unleashx) recognise my mp3 player as an external drive.
I can do this on pcs and i want to use the spare space on my mp3 player to save games. Is this possible?

Sorry, but I don't think this is possible in any way.
1.- external usb mass storage devices will become memory card like and must be formated in NTFX (FATX is the HDD).
no xbe's can be runned from it
xbmc will not look in it, nor have access to it.
UnleashX will, but I don't know.
The best thing to do is to upgrade the xbox hdd, cause to use an external is a pain, and it can't work all the way. _________________ Xbox v1.1
