Hi i've got a little problem. A friend softmodded his xbox with the SID 2 and Mechassault (i think) and now he gets error 16. He says that he didnt do anything i dont know if i should believe that? He already read about that and got the AID cd but it doesn't boot and the mechassault also doesnt boot. I want to help him so can you please help me find a solution? If there is another topic with a solution please tell me where.

use sid 4.5 it more up to date and safer, nut yes no eeprom = hotswap, so remeber the first rule after modding is to backup eeprom _________________ Please post all PC Questions at PC-HQ.com

another question can i exchange the 8gig hd from my xbox for a 60gig and then put the 8gig into my friends xbox? would that work??

you can upgrade your hd , look in tutorial section i wrote some tutorils on this.
if you want to put your old 8 gig hd in your friends xbox then you will need to unlock it forst so you can lock it with the eeprom from your friends xbox. _________________ HOTSWAP | MS dash |

ok now another question inow unlocked my xbox 's 8gig with config magic (i forgot to write down the lock code) and now it wont lock in my friends xbox and it doesnt lock in mine either. how can i find out the lock code or how can i fix it??? i made a copy oof my 8gig to a 60gig in my pc.
