Although I got error 21, the good news is that I still can boot with my 007 exploit to get to the SID 4 menu. Via the file explorer, I found that I've lost all folders on the C drive except for the Audio folder.
My box was softmoded with SID 4.5. And now, my plan is to copy the MS backup folder from E:\Backup to C:\. Is that ok?
But is it true that the C:\ drive that I see (either via SID's file explorer or flashftp) is actually a fake one? If that is the case, then I won't be able to copy anything to C:\ then. This leads to my next question... which is how do I see my real C:\ drive then?
I would love to understand more about this virtual C thing. Please share with me your knowledge on this subject matter. Many thanks in advance.

I think you would just choose restore ms backup and itll put your msdash back in there. _________________ Moddingbandit

Does the ms backup restore my box to retail? If that is the case, then I would need to re-softmod again right?
Or does it just copy the ms backup from E:\Backup to C:\?
Is there anywhere that I can read the steps that these options do? I hope to understand more so that I can be self sufficient.
