Hi,
Iam trying to soft mod my xbox using the splinter cell and Action replay. I went thru xbins and downloaded the SID program.
I copied one file (zip) onto the memory card but when I try and copy the other it says "not enough space on memory card"
Please can someone help me to do the softmod
Thanks

Move them over one at a time. SC need two files, the linux installer and the exploit with the video format (NTSC or PAL)
Which SID version did you download?
You should also download AID3. There are a lot of usefull tools packaged in it. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

megadeath, you'll find that double posting doesn't double the speed of your answers here.
I deleted the duplicate post with the different title under softmods since this one has been addressed first. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

Dangermouse,
I downloaded S.I.D V2 from xbins.
I tried to copy over 1 at a time but it wont have it. The main file is like 7.37 Mb and the PAL profile is only 17Kb and thus should fir on the card but it womt.
Can I transfer one file at a time onto the HDD?

Yes, transfer one at a time to the hdd.
Delete all other SC saved from the xbox or back them up on Action Replay before you run the exploit.
Be sure that the TV you are using is PAL format, other wise you'll run into problems. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

Cool,
Cheers Dude. This is now complete and I am using my modded xbox.
I have been trying to change the HDD using xboxhdm v1.9 but cant seem to get it to work. I have built the ISO using the xboxhdm and burn it to DVD (2.2gig) but the PC will not boot to the CD. I know the PC can boot from DVD becuase I have tried it. I have burnt the DVD using the follwing methods:
DVD Decrypter
Nero 6
Ultra ISO
Alcohol 120%
And none seem to work. Any ideas?
Cheers

you may have to play with the bios settings on your computer or try another computer all together. _________________

another afterdawn user ..... ok this is what you need to make your hd
in short you need your eeprom.bin and a dash to load .... but mix and match..
your C on xboxhdm1.9 / C and your E on xboxhdm1.9/E and your eeprom.bin on xboxhdm1.9/EEPROM
burn the iso take the disc out reboot pc press F2 change boot order to cd drive first then hd . once that put on your hd the jumper setting to master and on cd drive slave.
then type in xboxhd enter 1) build new hd from scratch say couple of yes and say yes to F once formating done restart it or power off and this time run option 3) boot to locking / unlocking ultilties and type in exactly lockhd -a _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition
