well a new eeprom is not the only thing your gonna need, your gonna have to get another harddrive because the harddrive serial is recorded too. _________________

well he can reflash his eeprom and then make a new hd and lock it with the eeprom softmod hd mode what you think hellblazer?
it be like this .... run configmagic reflash lock ftp eeprom.bin get new hd formate lock and pop on xbox.....
yes your eeprom and hd serial gets ban.....

Thats the thing, I didn't have the mod on while in live.
This is from my understanding...
When the tray is closed and the red LED comes on, the softmod is on. And of course in UnleashedX.
When tray is open it goes into retail mode and the green LED light is on, then the softmod is off.
Can it be that they read I had a bigger HDD? I've read reports that people went on with bigger HDD (300 and 400GB ones) and still didn't get banned.

damn , you been on live with the retail hd right? ok both of you learn this little thing....
well you guys know that m$ gets your eeprom and your kernal , hd serial so if you been on xbox live on one hd and then upgrade it ( or change it ) then its a diffrent serial = xbox live decteacts it and ban .
even if the files are retail as they get , you change hd and thats modified enough for xbox live .
for what everyone know's hd serials cannot be changed. however i thought of something which i might try . who knows mb it gets me ban in the process or mb it works....
but to answer hellblazers question. if the hd plays alonge with the xbox then the marriage thing is good... its the record that affects the person.
so if this guy been on live before the new upgrade on hd then he got ban because m$ detected the new serial change . _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition
