Hey Everyone,
I know that my problem isn't super difficult, but if someone could help me with my problem i would greatly appreciate it. When I try to boot my xbox without my mod-chip enabled, I receive the screen with error code 16. I have tried to reinstall the MS dash and made sure that my hdd is locked, but still no go. Does anyone know what other problems could cause this. It is a v.1.0 box with X3 chip. Please help me. Thanks, Akrlstn _________________ Xbox V.1.0

This is some corrupt or missing file. Are you installing the m$dash to c: ? Use AID to format c: and install the dash.
Since you have a chip, you can install the retail dash (m$dash 5960) and keep your hacked dash on another patition. (I'm sure you're aware of this already) _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

See, I knew it was gonna be something easy. When I reinstalled the M$ Dash before, i used AID but didn't reformat the c drive. I guess I wasn't really thinking when i did that. Thanks for your help! _________________ Xbox V.1.0
