Over all I think that it's great! I like the squash effect you achieved when you warped that pic, but, my 'old' eyes just have a little trouble with that particular glow and the fading.
Maybe if you were to remove the glow all together and make the text that bright blue, and have that fade in and out?
Or maybe just a little less fuzzyness to the glow?
(Not that I have a graphic design degree or anything.)

HA! ROF! Oh dang... oh it just hit me, perhaps we can try to have Engima hand off the crotch nebula for Gus's sig. Between that thing running and the blue fading effect, it would at least get him noticed.
