Hello, I am new here I read the rules and i searched the board and tut's. but i was not abale to find an answer to my problem as follows. I have a 1.6b xbox, with a smartxx lt opx chip installed works good, been usuing it to play back-ups for 2 months, and i finally decided to do some other mods namely the dashboard''xbmc' . after installation everything works good, except when i play a video clip both SVCD and VCD or Divx. I get great picture, NO sound. I looked at the differnt sound settings and they are set to analog, which i only have the standard red and white audio connectors with Component video used. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I hope this post does not violate any rules here. THanks in advance.

OK I feel really dumb now. I'm going to answer my own question so that anyone else that ahs this prob wil understand move the 'right' thumbstick up and down to adjust volume level Sorry to add clutter to the board. Thx.
