I just did another xbox (modded) and put a harddrive in it, how do you use this "crosslink cable" to transfer all my games to it?

I've done the ftp before but for this much info (200 gig) the ftp takes a long time, I thought maybe using a crosslink cable between the two xboxes would be faster. So I thought I'd see if anyone knew how to use them, I've looked in the forums but didn't see any references.

FTP'ing from PC to Xbox or Xbox to Xbox is not much faster its going to take awhile either way.
