Hi there
I tried to do a softmod using AID and SID 3.1. Now i think it is softmodded because on a certain moment i could play backupped games. So i installed nkpatcher with dual boot so when i boot the M$ dashboard it works perfectly. but when i want to boot my hacked dashboard (evox) i get the failure with the error code: 21
could use some help here!

p.s. i read in the tutorial that you simply backup your c drive. but where i the option to backup your C? and if i de-install it and then again i get the same problem.

any idea on how i could load a dahsboard like evox or unleashx??
because i now work with the normal M$ dash. everytime in try to install it i get the same problem...

try sid4.5 instead...and then use a disc like XED or AID3 to install dashboards.... _________________

is sid 4.5 the nkave ??
because i have tried that one but it wouldn't load and gave me an error when i tried to install the softmod. i thought it said: batch error

I agree with Cabbot but also when loading said dashes be sure it's the ones that have the verbage "softmod" next to them and not just a dashboard that is targeted to chip. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

is that de difference between normal and dnchp (or something like that)??

it drives me frikkin mad because when i trie to boot dashboards in AID 3 it said it couldn't load evoxdash.xbe. but a couple of moments before i installed the evolutionx dashboard to de E drive

You can find it here on this site under downloads, just get a V.I.P. membership (it's totally worth it). Are you using dual boot to try and get on xbox live? Because if you just want the normal boot with the ability to go to evoX, another thing you may want to try is just installing evox on your e: drive. If you don't use the xbwatch then it should automatically load to the ms dashboard.

SID 4.5 worked for me
after i backupped the files of a unmodded xbox from a friend.
