Hi all,
i'm considering getting a new XBox to softmod using the same technique I used before, the Splinter cell save method but I wondered if the current crop of Xboxs on the shelves at Best Buy, Target EB Games etc...etc.. have been changed by M$ in order to stop people from softmodding them ? Is this the case or are they just as easy to mod as the older releases ? I brought my original XBox in June of 2004, what like to know if there has been any changes since then ?

are you asking if the xbox ver . diffrense to the outcome of the softmoding? then the answer is no it wont affect no matter what ver it is ..... _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

Yeah, I just wanted to make sure that the latest (old XBoxes of course, not 360) had not been changed in any way to prevent ppl from softmodding them. Thats great news Gus, thanks !
