so I uploaded the linux installer the linux runner and the sid for mech... and it says its unable to load it when I try to select them in the game.
I have an orignal mech game to so.. wtf

It could mean that the game your trying to use to exploit, it is non exploitable
and the ONLY Mechassault that is exploitable will have the following code written on the outer ring of the foil on the underside of the disc: MS02301L _________________

ok so i went to game stop and they had a copy of the right disk.
i have been "backing up" my system for A HALF AN HOUR now.
is that to long? it says to not turn it off but what if it stays like that...

what are you backing up? Is it a FTP back up or just M$ Dash and eeprom back up? _________________

well if it takes longer than a half hour then its not going to do anything lol Well if you havent done the softmod yet then you should be alright to shut it off in about another 10min if it doesnt do anything and try backing it up again, it could be that the xbox locked up. _________________
