I tried backing up the same game 3 or 4 times using different software and techniques but repeatedly my box wouldnt play the game. I was running low on DVD+r disk so I went to buy some, my previous brand Memorx wasnt available so I bought another brand Imagination.........and bingo! The game that had failed to work on previous back up attempts was playable with this new brand of disk.........is this typical? Have others experienced the same problem with brands not working with with certain games? Both brands were DVD+r only the name changed LOL.

Happens all the time. Some Xboxes read some disks, some read all. A V1.0 will read Maxell for one dude and not for another. It's all part of the fun. Wink
