I got a questions regarding installing another softwares.
I successfully installed SID 4 on Xbox V 1.6 today. I am currently using the Evolution X dashboard.
Now I want install more programs and game into my hard drive eg. xbmc.
how can connect my xbox to pc and use my xbox as a ftp or how can transfer stuff from pc to xbox using CD's?
Anyone of them would be great...

i dont know what dvd rom you have, but with mine i just downloaded XED and installed xbmc as dash... now i can put pretty much any disc in and just copy the files.....

Gus I am sorry but I do not think you quite answered his question either....personally I would suggest download aid 2.11 either on here or via torrent from aideluxe.com....that will contain all apps you would ever probably want as well as trainers and emulators.....you can burn that to a disc and its pretty much self explanatory once you put it in your box...if you are stuck on ftp'ing i suggest getting flashfxp and connect to your box when evox is running and you should see drives and be able to navigate through it like a computer...btw, what size hdd are you using? oh crap srry man didnt read the other part was in a rush..
yea same here i suggest flashfxp.. ima do a tut soon..
but its very very easy.. make ur xbox ip and then connect router a cat5 or 6 dont matter and type it in on the flash and user id is xbox and the same with password..

thanks guys... whats the hardware called to connect my xbox to my pc? i am gonna try it to day.. i still use the philips (my other philip drive died) and with the hard disk i forgot... i will check l8a on

btw what kind of dvd rom drive u have ?? there is thompson philps and samsung..
i think u have phillps but i could be wrong? press y on ur xbox to see the info .. or on xbmc check system info.. its gotta be there ..
why is it not a good answer? thats what i did....and now i can copy pretty much anything over.....i ve had no ned for ftp thusfar.....

lol sorri never read that properly, but i burnt it on a CD-RW and there we go : XBMC is my new dashboard. now i am setting up my xbox to connect to xbconnect which is a headache because its not working... so will need that RJ-45 Crossover
