i just soft modded my xbox now i was wondering what i could do with it?

well, you could backup your game collection, play a game from nearly every system up till psx, play online with Xlink or XbConnect for free, run a linux server, try different dashboards, use it as a boat anchor, browse the internet, listen to internet radio, sell it, stream music, movies, or pictures from your pc, dump a game onto your harddrive so it loads faster, use it to pound nails, check out the astonomy pic of the day on Avalaunch... prolly a few more things

there's plenty of tutorials in the tutorials section, but pretty much to backup a game to a dvd-r/+r, you must ftp to xbox D drive, this is yoru dvd rom, and you take those files to your computer, build an xbox iso, and burn with nero or any other iso burning program at 2x or 4x max.
tools you'll need are:
qwinx or C-xboxtool
ftp program if you prefer to have a standaloe, both qwinx and c-xboxtool have ftp to xbox.
