I am a little late joining in, but though I am short on cash, I am flush on some S.P. Ice chips, so I propose one for sale for the DJB trust. $40 bucks and I will preflash it with OS 2.3.0. All I would need is verification that the money was placed in the Paypal account, and I will pay for the shipping myself in the U.S. To be fair if somebody knows the shipping outside the US let me know and if I can swing it I will. Before you send the money though, PM me or post here, then the first person that does get's it as soon as the donation is verified, of course if this is OK with the admins.

I'm going to go with Rabid's idea for now until I can get my finances settled. With a baby due any day now cash is tight. I have a Xenium Ice chip with solderless adapter. I installed it into a box then the guy couldn't come up with the money so I pulled it back out. Being that it is open, I'll let it go for $30. I must have verification from DJB that payment has been received. Please send payment to djb@xbox-hq.com. When making payment add a note that says "For Enigma516's Xenium". I only have 1 chip so please, please check with DJB before you send the money. I don't want to end up like Hmmm1972 with a bad rap..heh heh.
Once I get the O.K. from DJB I will send the chip out via priority mail and give the tracking #. Once my daughter is born (hopefully within the next few days) I can donate siome cash myself. _________________

OK, this was in the original donations post but I thought I would move it here (hope you dont mind guys, there are quotes of your posts still in the original thread).
Now, there are some rules regarding these sales:
1) You MUST reply here first before sendnig money, this will confirm that you are the only one.
2) In the Paypal information include your Username, Address, and what chip you are buying (Rabid1 or Enigma516)
3) After I recieve the donation to djb@xbox-hq.com I will notify the person.
Apart from that, take advantage of these great deals...

Firstly i like to give a big thanks to you two guys for stepping up like you have. DJB lost a hell of alot of money but as you can see with a little help from our friends things can get back on track pretty quick.. Theres no way i could have organised a 360 for him no matter what but i did donate a quite substantial amount.. hehehhe
I know DJB appreciates would you both have done from the bottom of his heart. I do too.. Anyway, im just making this post to let you both know thankyou..
DJB will ofcourse refund your donation as soon as this mess gets sorted out with Western Union and hmmmmm1972..

I agree keep it. Or like someone else suggested pick another one up for the HQ. Or better yet, Put it up for auction and raise some Xtra cash for the HQ. They still are getting stoopid prices on ebay.

it's very easy, else I would not be doing it! One of the things I always suggest before somebody starts is get a good magnifyer, a fiberglass setup/prep pen ( available at most electronic supply stores) and a dental pick.
