ok so yea it sounds like i got everything.. but do i have to have something on E drive?
what happends if i dont put sometin on E drive?
i downloaded ms dash -c from pirrups signiture..
its a rar file .. do i have to un rar it before i put it on C drive of xboxhdm?
LISTEN I GOTTA RETURN GAMES TODAY! BEFORE 11:59 PM.. so i gotta make the ftp work and @ lest store the games on pc hdd temporaly.. i have cat 5 cable a router and I MATCH MY XBOX IP with my flashfxp and it doesnt work.. i turned of firewall.. whta do i do??? PLEASE EMAIL ME BACK ASAP ..

You do need some files on E drive.
If you have Auto-Installer Deluxe (any version) you can find the files on that disc, located at Files\Dash\ms-e.zip (a zip file). Grab that, extract it, and put the files you got from the zipfile in the E folder for XboxHDM.
I don't know much about this particular form of softmodding, but I think I'd be right with that.
Maybe someone else could clarify that for me...

ok thanks.. so i HAVE TO have files on C and E drive weather i want hacked files or STOCK OEM ... otherwise if i dont have E or sometin is missing then what would happen? PLEASE PLEASE I HAVE TO HAVE FTP COMPLETED AND TRANSFER SOME GAMS FROM XBXO TO PC HDD THAT WAY I CAN SAVE RENTED GAMESS AND THEN PUT TO PC then once i prep new hdd THEN I PUT GAMES.. but im having problems with ftpin i think it was the cable.. OK NEVER MIND ...!!! I ALREADY FTP WOW ITS VERY VERY COOL!!!!!
now how can i move my files from my xbox to my pc? DO I CLICK ON TRANSFER? well i did and it didnt take it out of my xbox hdd but it copy a file and put it on my pc.. is this is how to do it OR WHEN I TRASNFER FILE IT HAS TO BE MOVE from xbox to pc?
