Here what I did. I used SAYERS_EVOX.I used crossover cable, Qwix Ftp. can anyone help me out plesae thank alot. (-:

use static yes
ip 192.168.0.2
subnetmask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 0.0.0.0
dns 0.0.0.0
dns 0.0.0.0
setup delay 5
skip setup if no link yes
PC
Ip address 192.168.0.3
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
deault gateway 0.0.0.0
Here what I got on my pc sceen.
Error
FTP connectio Error: Time Out.
This is usually caused because your xbox is not currently running an FTPsever.
Make suer your xbox is on , that you are using the correct IP address for the xbox, and that the FTP server is running/enabled.

Quix FTP sucks for me, it never works.
use C-XboxTool, a real FTP Client or eve windows explorer, if that's not the case than i dont' know.
C-XboxTool has way more features than Quix

Personally i use flashfxp...but if you are having trouble connecting i would suggest trying to connect through internet explorer first...that way you find out which ip and settings work...once you can connect through IE then it should be a breeze because you know everything is hooked up right and you just have to get the ftp client set up correctly...good luck. _________________ Xbox V1.6
