ok i have the xenium spice and the unleashx dash it all worjed fine i booted im my xbox the dash came out and every thing worked. today i tryed booting up the xbox and it goes strait to the xbox dash. not the unleash dash. so i sayed maybe i need to make it boot up automaticly so i tryed booting up with the tray opener button to go to the xenium dash, but it still goes to the xbox dash.

bios related.
if it worked b4, it means your bios file was made correctly, while you chip is not loading it.
boot to you modchipOS, and make sure that it loads the bios, or look for some switch, some modchips have the on and off switch, to go on xbox live and stuff.

well i dont have a switch in the spice and it use to work in the past like 12 hours ago. and why doesent the xenium dash load up when i turn on the xbox with the tray opener botten.

that's how your chip is suppost to work. now use that dash of xenim to try to figure out your choice dash problem.

Hey the xecuter,
Is the led on the modchip on? If not, take the chip off the adaptor, and see if you have red leds light up on the adaptor. Maybe one of the pins came out of place. Mine seems to sometimes after it's been moved. _________________

Ok, did you hard solder or solderless? on xenium if you boot with dvd tray it should go right to xenium interface screen. It sounds like chip is not working either due to improper/loose connection or dead chip. If it were a flashing/soft setup issue, you would still get the xenium screen so you can rule that out for now. Give me a little more info to help you. im assuming you can still play retail games???? pop top off xbox or look through vents (if visible) and see what led's are lit on boot. Is this the led color you set when you flashed bios?
