I want to basically "clone" my cousin's modded xbox harddrive to a formatted
40 gig harddrive. I want to know if it would work if I took all the files from his harddrive and transferred them to the formatted harddrive using FlashFXP. I then want to take the 40 gig, and place it in my xbox. An expert's advice would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. If this is not possible, I can't seem to find the eeprom.bin file to use the xboxhdd maker. So if the first solution isn't possible, where can I get an eeprom.bin file? Thank you all so much for getting me this far.

maybe. it depends on if you have a chipped box, or a softmodded box. A retail box simply would give you an error message. _________________

My cousin has a soft modded xbox, I have a blank HD. I want that HD to have what he has. So do you think it would work to just copy the files onto a blank HD and put it in my XBOX?
