Heheh...I doubt they are still "prototyping" the power supplies on these (really, that is pretty stock and probably sub-conned out for a standard design). It is pretty well known that Microsoft decided to do an inline power supply (like a laptop) rather than put the PS in the box itself (which was how they got it a little smaller than the original XBox). Also, with all the problems with the XBox PS fires (hence the new cords) and with the heat from the PS and 360 already being hot as it is, it isn't surprising to see them move the PS out of the box...

if this IS the 360 power cord .... judging from this ... will the 360 be an external power supply console? it looks it
