Ok, I modded my friends xbox with SID 2.0 using 007 save hack, and I was just wondering if the AID 2.11 DVD would work even though I used SID 2.0 to mod his xbox.
If not, can I just use reapply SID 3.0 over SID 2.0? Will any damage be done?
And... If I can still use it with SID 2.0, well, my friend did something to his xbox so the config screen doesn't show up when he starts his xbox with his tray ejected. Will this effect his xbox/the performance of AID 2.11?

Auto Installer Deluxe and SID are designed to work together.
Just be sure when installing dashboards to a softmodded xbox using AIDeluxe that you choose to install the dashboards from the SOFTMOD menu ONLY!
Otherwise you will overwrite the softmod with non-hacked dashbaords meant only for modchips.
apart from that you should be fine.
just to be safe you should always have a EEPROM backup and hddkeys backup too..
anyway, im sure one of our softmod admins will soon reply. Ill quickly shoot them a email now.

Yup AID 2.11 will work, basically all it requires is your xbox to be either modchipped or softmodded. No need to reapply your softmod or anything like that, but like forahobby said make sure you install any new dashboards from the softmod menu. you should be fine

How about that, is it an issue I should address?

Sorry I missed this bit.
Yes, there's a file in C:\SID called boot.cfg.
If you put a # in front of the AltRomFile information there is no eject tray boot.
