i made a backup and see the file...what exactly do i do with it?

First off...some advice...try to keep your topics in one post. It's less confusing for people like me
You should ftp the files over to your pc where it will be safe. Maybe even burning it to a disc. Since you made the back up might as well make a back up of the softmod also. That way you can make a complete restore.

yeah i accidently kept clicking new topic instead of post reply! ALl ixed now...hmm i get all that...but now that i want my x-box back to its original state....what exactly do i do to get it back to that? (p.S THANKS for your help ^_^)

You can do it with AID. Select restore m$dash. That will erase the c: partition and restore the original retail dash with no files pertaining to softmods. _________________ Xenium Ice 2.3.1 OS

Auto-Installer Deluxe v2.11 There is a forum here with alot of resouces for it. You can d/l th torrent file or if you become a vip member, you can access the ftp.
Also you might want to try booting with the eject button. That boots the softmod menu. There should be a restore option there.

haha xD idk what i did...but i accidently sat oin my controller...and it brought me to that one setup where i could click restore ms backup i've got it back to normal now ^_^ THANKS!
