Ok, I thought I'd try and add a new HDD but it all went wrong!
I made a M$ backup on the Retail HD but I unlocked it Now I can't access the HDD, or even put the new HDD.
I wanted originally to SoftMod it with A.I.D 2.1 - but now I dont know where to start since I can't boot into anything.
I read you can boot from a DVD with the correct BIOS, but I don't know which one to use.
Any help would be appreciated.

if you have not got a modchip fitted to your xbox you will probably need to follow pirrups hotswap tutorial.. You can recover your hdd without the eeprom backup and other keys too.
Another option, would be to install a modchip.. Then you can boot the AIDeluxe immediately and LOCK THE HDD again!
Im hoping you have the backup eeprom and other info from your xbox already.. But if you dont you can still fix it but you maybe wont be able to use LIVE unless the HDD' keys match the original
