I know this has probably been explained somewhere here, but I'm not really familiar with this whole modchipping thing, so I need a clear answer, so sorry about that.
I’ve got an Xbox v1.6. I have the eXcutor 3 chip and just got the X3 control panel. What do I need to do to install it and what dip switch settings are the ones for the 1024 kb bios. Then that would help a lot. Also… what the dial and switch on the X3 chip do. I think the switch is to protect the bios but I have no idea what way to move it.

Hi Ayaru and welcome to HQ..
Sounds to me like you have some reading on your hands heheh lol..
Dont worry too much.. Pretty much all the info and files you need for your X3 are right here.
Ill link you too some X3 tutorials which will help you flash your modchip with a HACKED BIOS once you get it fitted to your xbox..
Just remember with a X3 you must use only a X3 bios..
X3 bioses can be found on the VIP Servers or in our VIP DOWNLOADS section.
