so can any one on this site please help me with my problem. i have a microsoft 8mb memory card, a xbox v1.6, splinter cell, and action replay v 1.3
i do not know why the game save went through AR and onto my xbox but the install linux will not it went onto the memory card but will not go onto my xbox
the game save and the linux installer are 2 different files should they be ?
i am connecting my memory card through a MS xbox controller hooked up through the usb port
i used the program
SID.Splinter.Cell.v2.0.NTSC.Xbox-Hq
and
SID.splinter.cell.v2.0.xbox-hq
there is 2 other files a sfv file and a md5 file that are both 1kb do i need to use those also

huh- yes the installer and the profile should be two diff. files-
But you need to be just a little more clear on what you mean (better wording- im not giving you a lecture or anything- ask anyone on the forums- i have the worst spelling and grammer- beacuse i use microsoft WORF)
ok- from what i understand- you are useing a USB converter to your computer to controller- you have the mem. card in there and you are transfering that way? Is that right? Dont you have the Action replay docking station?

yes that is how i am doin it and if you are talkin about action replay xbox that you download onto your comp to drag and drop the files into your memory card yes i am ueing that also

hmm...im not sure if this works- the method your useing- im going to look around here for a sec. to see if i cant find anythiing more to help you trouble shoot your prob.
So what exactly is wrong with it- you cant see the files when you try to transfer them over to your xbox?

no that ain't it like i put them on the memory card and then i got to copy it to my xbox and one of them worked the game save its self but the linux installer won't copy it always says copy failed

could it be because i used SID 2.0 instead of SID 3.0
and if so where can i get SID 3.0 for free
