hello all this is my first post and i hope im not wasting too much time as i figure what im doing wrong is easy. i have a version 1.4 xbox i have my xenium sp ice in the mail and im going to buy a 120gb hd. i downloaded evox m8plus and extracted the bin file to a new folder the i renamed xbios added a 178mb music folder t it as well. my problem is now what? i have nero express 6 and i dont know if i just burn this or do i need to make it into an iso file in order to flash the new bios? i also had some questions about auto installer 2.11. i have slayers but i liked the features alot more. my question is can i add emulator roms after i run the auto install? and i am getting program from bittorret and it is moving very slow says i have 2 days remaining on download is this normal?

You want to create a new iso, you dont have to rename the bios for the Xenium Ice if you are using a disk.
Just create the iso, and burn using Nero. You should be fine. Keep the stock HD in when you flash chip.
Once the chip is booted up, put the disk in, select Launch Items, Add Item, Flash. Then, you should get list of drives:
C:
D:
E:
X:
Y:
Z:
Select D:/ and you should see your dummy file(s) and the bios.bin file
Make sure the bios does still have the .bin extension and it's not .bin.bin

bittorrent is very slow...I suggest getting a different one...I used bt for awhile and noticed, like you, that it took forever. I haven't used any others except azureus but it worked good for me. You will be very happy with the 2.11 instead of slayers. _________________ Xbox V1.6
