I have a 1.6 version motherboard that I repaired available for sale.
It had a bad standby resistor from being put into a case that did not originally house a 1.6 board.
Also, I did not install the pin header and LPC rebuild, but I did touch it up a bit and remove some of the extra solder that was on it.
I popped on an X3 mod chip, soldered the LAN, HD and D0 wires, and the 5v wire.
Popped a chip on and boots up to flashbios with no problems whatsoever.
Without chip and wires - $75.00 plus 8.95 Shipping
With the chip and wires, -$120.00 plus 8.95 Shipping.
If you want, I can even throw in a stock unlocked HD, and flash the chip if you want a chip with it.
I can also add an X3 Control Panel for an additional $59.00 and $5.00 shipping.
The X3 Control Panel is brand new and unopened. It is still sealed in the anti-static bag and X3 box. It includes all wires/harnesses, the X3 pro switch, two USB ports, and the X3 LCD.
For someone looking to get into a mod without having to do much work, this is a great solution!

ok since you fixed the resistor since someone has already tried to install it into a different xbox version do you think it will work with a v1.0 xbox? _________________ xbox v1.0

No, You would probably fry something again. You would need the RF shield off a 1.6 b/c there are extra grounding tabs. you can do that yourself.
But I guess with some modification anything is possible. _________________ XBOX v1.6
