if you have a old modchip like the ENIGMAH-X etc etc (1st generation modchip) then you will have to manually ftp into your xbox and edit the files so that your modchip can boot the EVOX DASHBOARD..
Old modchips like the enigmah-x cant be flashed and dont support large HDD's either.. You can still install dashboards but you will have to manually rename the official microsoft dashboard from 'xboxdash.xbe' to 'msxboxdash.xbe' so you can then use AID2 to install a dashboard (evoxdash.xbe)..
AID 2 installs the main file as 'evoxdash.xbe'.. Since you modchip is very old its looking for 'xboxdash.xbe' SO after installing a dashboard using AID2 to your xbox do this:
1. ftp into your xbox
2. rename the official microsoft dashboard from 'xboxdash.xbe' to 'msxboxdash.xbe'..
3. Then rename the 'evoxdash.xbe' to 'xboxdash.xbe' and reboot your xbox.
4. The xbox will then boot the EVOX DASH..
hope that helps
Sounds like you may want to upgrade your modchip anyway, I had one of the very first mods and they were a nightmare.

strange, Maybe you will have to manually ftp the files over.. May be corrupt or have a bug/.ini setting wrong.. Im sure you will find the emulators by themselves in our VIP areas.
