TSOP
Thin Small Outline Package
It is the Onboard bios housing the actually M$ bios.
There are multiple tutorials, There are tutorials, on a site I cannot mention due to we are on bad terms, however go to google,
type in this phrase, i checked it "xbox tsop tutorial" and go to the first link's website and check their tutorials, their intials are X-S. I don't like sending people there all the time, however, They have several in depth TSOP flashing articles, I haven't checked HQ's > they are actually going to reorgranize this stie's tutorials, (which has needed it) making it easier to find. That is why i never looked on here for it.
And try not to do the TSOP Flash with tinfoil, get wires and solder them or something else, not tinfoil.
What happens is you actually flash that bios, which has a i think a false front bank. Anyways, you have to set up a series of jumpers and it will work like a mod chip, however, no live for you, unless you reflash the tsop, or you might be able to get a modchip and flash it with the MS bios. _________________ XBOX v1.6

There are a few mobos where all you need to do is bridge a couple points with a dab of solder. I have done only one TSOP flash and it was a piece of cake. Just not a mod I care too much for.
Also, make sure you know the TSOP make, use the correct size bios!! Mucho important!! If you flash a TSOP with a bad/wrong bios...you have a world of shit ahead of you.
The TSOP must be functional for it to be flashed. So, if it's not operational it's worthless.
