I am having problems with my softmod xbox starting with dvd2xbox, it does not want to copy any game. It keeps failing to copy serveral files and to make sure the disk is not dirty. Also when i add skins in the skins folder, they do not show up. When I flashfxp to my box, I can not find the folder to place homebrewed games. And I have to eject each game about 2 or 3 times for it to read the disk. Does anyone have any of these problems and better yet know what to do to fix them.

What dashboard are you using with your softmod? As far as skins go, if your dashboard is installed to C: then your folder for the skins is in C:skins and if the dash is on E: then E:skins. Once your done with ftp, you must do a reboot. _________________ Xbox v1.3
