I am using Action Replay/SoftModv2.0/MechAssault.
I have succesfully transferred the mechassault zip file from the installer package to my memory stick. I then ran into a prob when trying to copy the Mech Assault game save onto my HDD. when i selected mechassault from the memory stick, it only displayed the option to delete and not copy.....
????

i just put on a random game save from the ActionReplay list onto my memory stick. upon loading the mem stick up, i was only able to delete the game save and not copy it over to the hdd. so the prob isn't with the mechassault game save from the softmod installer. why won't it display the option to copy over the game save??

Sounds like to me you are not choosing the actual save when you are in the memory section of the M$ dash board, it seems like you are choosing the game title. When you bring up the memory section and then the memory card it self, it will show that you have mechassualt(or what ever hack you are using) on it. As a sub menu it will have the actual file itself(same picture as the picture for the mechassaut itself) Highlight the actual save it self, not the directory, and you should be able to copy it. Hope this works.

i selected memory->controller1->datel mem stick->mechassault->1 save 489 blocks used .... option to delete but not copy

I just started to try and do the mechassult softmod and I am having the same problem when I go into the memory area and I can see my memcard and I pull it up and it shows me everything you were discribing except the actual file is not in the right for me to select. I followed a tutorial that had me download the MechInstaller-1.0-FATX-Images.zip files and use the ozXmemory card program. I used all that looked like it worked and put it in xbox and thats where I got stuck. Any idea's ??
