Hi guys,
just a quick announcment to let you all know we have finally hit the big 1000 in our vip ticket system.. Im glad i wrote it now as i can really see how it helps you all fix your systems and in private..
If you have used the VIP Ticket system please reply to let us know your thoughts..

Forahobby I have always considered the vip ticket system as the main reason for anyone to consider donating to become a VIP. Honestly, there is no other site I have come across with that kind of personalized service. There may be "bigger" sites with lots of info... but no other site offers one on one assistance like Xbox-HQ!

yeh I agree with that, it's gotta be the best reason to sign up, no countless hours searching on info about modding your fisrt box, just submit a ticket, wait a little and your sorted.

Hobbs, should this be in the VIP only section? Would look good in the General/Newbie section as a sticky so that everyone can see how many people we've helped and get more testimonials _________________

OMG, 1000 tickets. How the hell did we answer that many, hehe.
Even though the success rate is not 100% for every question answered, but we can answer most stuff. All our admins have their own little specialty so to speak, so one of us should be able to solve your problem, or at least point you in a direction to look for something.
If any more members wish to state a small testimonial it would be nice, just to prove that being a VIP member is not a rip-off like some other sites claim us to be (hello HSDEMONZ hehe).
