I ftp the .rar skin files to my xbox, but the images won't work. What am I doing wrong?

Use WinRar to extract the skin files. You cannot FTP .rar files to the Xbox for skins.
Basically, the skin should be a regular folder with two .jpg images and an .ini file in it.
You only FTP one folder with those three files in it.
After you un'rar the file you may end up with two folders, basically a folder with another folder in it. Just make sure you only FTP the sub folder that contains the three files previously mentioned.

Use Complex Tools to unrar files(Xbox)
or
Use Winrar to extract the folder(PC) before sending it to your xbox _________________
