.... get action replay to see my memory stick, I have loaded the drivers which has changed the mass storage device to a mega x thingy (cant remember the name I'm at work) but when I plug it in and run action replay it still dosent see it.
my xbox will see the memory stick.
can anyone throw some light into this.

oh and I forgot to mention that I have used usbview anf updated the inf file to read my usb memory stick

I'm currently suffering from the exact same problem.
My Kingston 32MB usb flash drive works great on my Xbox. It formatted it fine and I can copy saves onto and off of it to my heart's content...even to another Xbox. No problem there. But the AR software doesn't recognize it. Getting the vendor and device info and modifying the .inf file is stupidly simple. Drive now correctly shows up under "USBIO controlled devices" as a "MaxDrive Xbox". But in the AR software, the left-hand memory card column is just blank. Nada. Will not do anything. As if it's not seeing the flash drive at all. I tried an older driver set that makes the card be detected as a "ActionReplay XBox" in the device manager to the same result of nothing.
The USB flash drive is on the compatability list, works flawlessly in any Xbox system, but for the life of me I cannot get it to work with the AR software. What's the trick?

I've never tried to use this method, so I can't really help, the only thing I can recommend is to try and use the Mega X Key software instead? I don't know if that would make any difference at all, but it's worth a shot, This software is included in the HQ PC Essentials pack #2. _________________

Yeah I have tried this, and the erm cracked version. the original one dosent see my memory stick, the cracked version does and allows me to copy to it, but when I put it in the xbox it dosent see the game saves but it tells me how much space is being used up by the save?

if you got an chipped xbox , ftp the safgame to it and then copy it to usb stick in ms dash.
no need to use other software
don't forget to format the usb stick first in ms dash
no its not chipped.
but this looks like it might be the only solution unless somebody knows otherwise.
