Ok this is a little long winded but easy to do
What u need:
The file attached
A chip moded xbox
An ftp link to ur xboxes
Trust time and patience (lol)
Ok first thing to do is to be able to ftp to ur softmoded xbox but before using. evox goto ,system utils and select back up this will back up ur eep rom and so on, next back up completely ur c: and e: to ur pc after this add everything in ur c:\backup folder to the Hdinstall folder u just got off me so copy all in c:\backup to Hdinstall\backup then use the simpleiso prog to create an iso out of that Hdinstall root folder burn the disc then put ur new drive in the chip modded xbox and load up ur new disc evox should load make sure ur pc is set to the same ftp as the evox on ur cdrw/dvd b4 u crate ur iso u can edit the evox.ini file in th Hdinstall folder to match the ip ur used to when ur disc loads in ur chip modded box select "install new drive when this is complete it will return to the evox boot screen then ftp to ur new hd and copy over ur c: and e: u backed up earlier thats it if u try to boot that HD in ur pre chipped xbox it wont work because it has the soft modded eeprom so dont just take the drive out of the pre chipped box and put it in ur soft modded box and it should work if not u fucked up or I did lol
you don't need a modded xbox to replace the hdd in a softmodded xbox, but i didn't bother reading the entire post due to lack of punctuation. maybe you want to go back and edit that masssive run-on sentence?

I have to agree. It's a hard read. Broken l33t speak is great for "chatting" online, but as a mini tutorial it's a bit hard to piece together.

besides this tut and program
worked for me and i've never been
able to make a bootable disk
before
and it only took me an hour and a
half to do!
Nice one Bloodtrax m8, now i got
2 160gig hd xboxs, one i payed
someone 300 quid for
and my new one only cost me 125!
