I had tried everything know and everything i can read.I have a 1.6 xbox, softmodded and tried all the programs.Tried new cables. Iam behind a Linksys router.I even triend just crossover to pc and got nothing.All firewalls are down.Every error is a timeout.Tried changen the ip i really would be thankful for help..

First trying disabling UPnnP ( I believe that's it or something similar in your routers config ) Second, try assigning static ips for both systems. But definately give us some more info!

if you have a router and not a hub/switch, turn static ip off on the xbox. I've never had a problem after doing that.
