I followed the directions from the tutorial and installed the ICE on my V1.1 no problem but when I turn on power to xbox no picture and disc tray won't open at all..just flashing red/green light around the disc button....any help would be great ..thanks

Check all of your connections and traces, does it try to boot 3 times in a row?

Is this a solderless install or did you solder the pin header?
