I have a slight problem fellas. When i transfer a game from XBOX to PC i get really really slow transferr speed. The max speed i get is like 40KB/s. But when i transfer PC to Xbox the spped i get is heaps better. My pc is running XP PRO. I have a netcomm NB1300plus 4 port adsl modem/hub. So it shares the hub with the internet which is connect to my Networkcard. Xbox is connected to this hub. I have tried everything i could think of...
Change networkcard setting to 100meg/Full duplex (NWcard setting)
I even bought myself a crossover cable changed settigs and put it straight from my Networkcard to xbox
Updated Flashfxp to latest version.
used leechftp
used filezilla
used cuteftp.
they all get the same speed. One thing i did notice is when i have flashfxp ftping from xbox to PC and i am web browsing the speed will all of a sudden speed up to about 600KB/s until the web page finishes loading then it will go back to 40KB/s. 40KB/s is preety much the set speed. Also i am using evox.
Do you guys have any ideas on how i can speed it up?

get yourself a good 4port switch or router ..like a linksys
update your dash to the latest version ,
..personally ... i use flashfxp with 4port linksys router ,
and the newest build of UnleashX as my dashboard ..
average transfer speeds were 9MB/s now with the raid in.. the average

Thanx for your response bobrownik. I ended up changing my NIC and now it works better. I am still getting about 600KB/s now. I've head that isome guys have got even faster than that, but i'm pretty happy with that ATM. Better than 40KB/s.

Yeh ive seen how fast the UnleashX Dashboard ftp runs.
Its heaps faster then anything else.. Athough sometimes it does timeout.. (they may have fixed this recently)..
My Max transfer speed using evox and flashfxp is only about 5MB/s
When i use UnleashX i get around 8MB..
Sometimes you will also find a different version of FLASHFXP may speed things up.. There was a bad release of FLASHFXP and the only speeds you could get were under 1MB/s..
