So my stock hdd (My only one) some how got completely screwed up and i get error 21 (Even when i try to cold boot) I dont have any backup files and i cant ftp into the drive for some reason. So basicly what i need to do is rebuild the whole drive from scratch, i assume ill need to use xhdm and find some where to get the original MS Backup. Can anybody please help me with this ? i really miss my xbox

Hot swapping is pretty simple, just make sure you swap the IDE cable from the Xbox to the PC extremely quickly. Otherwise Xboxhdm will not see the hard drive.
Once you get the hard drive back to stock you can re-softmod it (I'm assuming you're softmodded). If your Xbox is chipped or TSOPED you can just pop in AID and reinstall the dashboard.
If you wait for SPPV to show up I think he has a hotswap method that will remod the Xbox for you so you don't have to go through that extra step once you restore the hard drive. _________________

Yeah I can fix that. Chances are somebody wrote the tut in Wordpad then copied it.
@Habbi
Download AutoBuilder Jr from here in the download section and watch the included video. This has everything you need to rebuild your XBOX, come out softmodded with XBMC installed and emulators.
