nah, if i was back home, that wouldnt be too hard, but i just moved out of state so i know nobody out here lol. is there a way to partition win7 and xp? i have an xp disc, if thats a possible soloution, just not sure of the tricks i can exploit yet in win7, i think a partition unless the virtual machine works better would be good cause there a couple other programs i could use for my other systems that are modded

im sure i can part my HDD in win7, just figured i'd ask, seeing as you've had a 64bit system longer then I

it is not compatible with my version of windows 7, since i didn't actually pay for the OS, it came with laptop, it tells me i need an upgrade, i dont know where else i could find a working version, if there even is one. most websites say there isnt a version that will be recognized, i'd check a torrent site, but given how much there is out there that says there isnt a HOMEPRE version, idk... i guess i'll check TPB

edit****
found one torrent, but it is deader that elvis.

EDIT 2***
ran hardware assistant, says its not compatiable, my guess is that its just detecting my OS as premium and therefore not compatible.

going to try and install and will post my results if the virtual machine works
