Hi there everyone, I'm brand new to XBOX-HQ, I just picked up an XBOX after a friend of mine modded his, but he moved away a little while ago and I have nothing to go on. I've tried reading some of the many great tutorials but I'm just overwhelmed by everything and wanted to get my head straight. So I'm hoping for a little information on where I should head to, here's what I would like to do with it.

Systems I want emulated:
NES, SNES, N64, GCN, PS1, PS2, XBOX, Genesis, Dreamcast
HDD Upgrade

I know I need to start with a modchip but I have no direction whatsoever. Can someone just give me a launching point? Much thanks in advance.

Bad news: you cant Emu the game cube on an xbox. Sad

Good news: If you install a chip then the only tool you need you can download here: http://www.aidtracker.com/ you can use AUTO INSTALLER DELUXE to get your chipped xbox going. Very Happy

We are all here to help, and we have been in your position as well.
FYI, N64 games are really hit and miss for running the xbox, same as PS emus as well.
Get a new hard drive, don't use a used one, unless you have zero wiped it and checked for bad sectors as well. I always recommend it to save your head from exploding over a simple problem as that Shocked
