So my x-box not the 360 tore up was having problems reading disks. Somehow another I managed to find someone to mod it. Not sure exactly what type of mod it is but the guy said i can play regular games on it. I tried one tonite and it won't play it. What do i need to do in order to even put a game on the x-box?

What's up bro? Welcome to the HQ. Hope you like the site and all the other great things we have to offer here.
The first thing i would do is find out what type of mod you have. It's either going to be a modded using a modchip or a softmod. You may be able to tell by what you see after the xbox is booted up with no disk. Once you figure that out, post it in here then we can go from there. But if I had to guess, its softmodded and you have autoplay turned off so when you put a game in it just sits there. Let us know what type of mod you have and we can help ya out bro _________________
