It's an App on the AID disc. Any version of AID will do. If you don't have AID, you can Google Chimp 2.4.

I recently added Chimp v2.4 to the downloads section, so that members can get used to using the app.

It is available here:

There's a step by step guide on how to use it under my sig. Let me know if you need any help.
