Hi,
I used Ndure 3.0 and XboxHDM to softmod my original xbox with the stock unleash dashboard. The mod works, but I want to un-install it.
I'm not sure how to go about that. The XboxHDM backed up my xbox so I'm sure it can be done. I've searched and read ..
"Q: How can I uninstall the softmod?
A: Since you backed up your C drive before installing the softmod, you can "reload" the backup and go back to a retail state. To do this, launch Ndure Toolset and choose Restore From HD Backup."
Where is Restore From HD Backup located??? Is that when you run Ndure on the PC, and is it a checkbox option? I dont see it?
ANy help or procedure's would be appreciated.
Also, I tried to clone my drive tro a 200g maxtor and the drive said it was cloning, but hung for 16 hours, I shut down the PC and now the drive (200g Maxtor) is locked to a maximun state. I would like to find out where the xbox locking key is on the original drive so I can try that key to unlock the maxtor drive, but I can't find the eprom. bin file...

Hello orlandobill, did you put the copy of your C and E drive in the C and E folder of you xboxhdm ISO?
Did you install the eeprom in the eeprom folder of xboxhdm be for you made the ISO?

I just followed the prompt from the install. it asked me to backup. , I wasn't able to FTP before I installed the Softmod.I NOW have a copy of my eeprom by ftp-ing and using configmagic

If you can still boot aid all you wold need to do is add the dash you want with the soft mod dash installer, and install it to the E drive.
