Compatible with what? Bit confused now. Is there any type I can get that's guaranteed to be compatible? I thought this one would be 'cos it's an official, made for the xbox type thing - this doesn't even work for transferring normal game saves.
Yeah man i use the stock MS mem card and it works every time.

I have been using MaxDrive the last few times I tried it, and I seem to be having a bit more luck with that; but still no results yet.
With my USB thumb drive thing I managed to copy the saves over in MaxDrive/Action replay, but then as soon as I open that memory stick on the xbox it says that it has been erased.
So close yet so far!
Still with the 8Mb card that came with the Xploder kit; having the same error "USB device failed to enumerate" and just general errors concerning saving the file.
Please help!

Use the action replay software with the exploder kit and edit the AR code like the guide tells you to.
@J_smoke - Sadly, nobody around me is 1337 enough to have a modded xbox (apparently I'm not either...hehe) but no, that's pretty much out of the question.
I just read a guide on using Xebian (linux distro) to write to the USB stick in Linux, which apparently supports FATX. I guess I'll give that a try, unless anyone has any more suggestions?
Thanks all!

Mail the card to me with a self addressed return envelope and ill put the info on there for you.
I'm starting to think that I might just have a broken memory card; can anyone tell me what sort of error messages I might be seeing if it was broken?
Thanks,
Imi

I say you should just send it to wes at this point. He's completely trust worthy as far as I have seen and has never done anybody wrong on here. I'm not sure how you can tell if the cards broken other than it jsut wont work so I can't help you out there. If you wanna take the time you could try the linux thing but I've had 0 experience with it so I can't tell you if it will work for sure but it might. _________________
Does this look compatible? I can't figure out if its an official one or what; but everywhere in town I went today says that original xbox memory cards are hard to get hold of, and nobody had them second hand either. lame.
Got the new xbox memory card, and.... it works! hazaaa!
but there's still a problem.
I copied the saves over, and couldn't even bare to watch the little progress bar, but alas - it finished copying and both saves were on the card. I copied them over to my xbox hdd and then followed the instructions from the guide.
When I load the save game in Splinter Cell however, i get an error 21 and a red / green flashing LED. Have tried it twice now both times with the same result.
Any thoughts?
All the posts I've read on here about error 21 can be fixed using AID, but I can't even do that yet!
