i very want to softmod my xbox in this moment, is there any other way to do it, is there any other way to transfer the savedate and file to the xbox without use AR
hello wes213, while i searching the web at darkplanets.co.uk i saw a usb adaptor for box can i use this to transfer file from my usb drive to xbox and the softmod it. and also either gamestop or ebgame have it in their website do you think their will import more or they stop solding it or stop made AR for xbox

Yeah with the right thumb drive the usb to controller port will work and no i dont think thay will get the ar at game stop anytime soon unless thay have someone drop one off used.
thanks wes, do you think they stop selling it or they just don't have any stock in their store because of they stop making xbox games so their stop import xbox stuff, and wes did your check out the darkplanets.co.uk, if so did the usb adaptor for xbox is right one, will it work with my sony walkman is a 2gb usb drive also, thanks man Appreciated.
You can still order the AR setup online for around 50 bucks but a compatable flashdrive is cheaper and has more things you can use it for when your done.
I woldent go useing the mp3 player set up it a big headach waiting to happen man.
wes the tutorial link don't work and is the AR softmod is the best thing do, and can you put the save date to a cd and transfer it to the xbox i mean you can do it to the music right and it show up to the memory section right, i wonder if somebody can exploit it. and again link don't work, thanks wes
and another thing wes do you know is there a way use the ftp by dial up because in my area there is no high speed internet and i don't have cable is there a way use ftp by dial up.

You dont need the internet to ftp man you can just hook the xbox to your pc with a crossover cable and ftp with something like flasfxp or any ftp client.
really? but you do need a router, right since it needs the IP addres and what is a crossover cable look like? and is the FTP thing free or you have to paid?
